Appt time 11 am I got there at 7am they started unloading me right away guard was very efficient and respectful. People that unloaded me are nice and fast. Good job! I got out at 8:30am
4/25/25 was a drop and hook for me here. No overnight parking. No issues here for me. Several truck stops within the area to park at.
I had an appointment at 10:00 pm on Monday. I arrived there on Sunday afternoon. They were closed. The security guard said that I can try on Monday morning when the company opens at 06:30. So I did, but they said they were very busy. But I can try after 04:00 pm. I checked in at 05:10. At 07:10 empty. You can't stay overnight on their territory, but it's ok on the street. Everywhere there are signs that parking on the street is prohibited, but I stayed there for 2 days and there was no one to bother me. The security guard said that there is no problem with parking on the street. I didn't see any police car. At the beginning of the street leading to Nestle, marked in the picture with a red line, there are 2 places where there are no signs and you can park, I think, without problems.
Great staff. Helped with suggestions on the best way to get to the dock. Just remember. They have to remove the security tag. Unloading was prompt. Overall awesome experience!
I arrived for my drop and hook. Checked in with guards. You then go drop your trailer and grab loaded. Once you're connected to loaded trailer, you'll park in front of or near receiving office for bills. Gentleman at window was nice. Unsure about parking tho.
Usually do drop and hooks here, but last time I arrived early and got put in a dock. The docks have Lazer lines which I can see being very useful in snow conditions as painted lines can be covered by snow
I was allowed to check in 3 hours before appt time.they put me in a door and loaded me within an hour.the staff was very professional and quick with my paperwork, I would go there again .
It is one of the best places, in 43 years of driving, I've delivered to. Not supposed to park on the street, but you can, at your own risk. Security and the lady in the office are nice. Docks are tight, especially with a 379 or W900. After getting into the dock. You have to slide tandems to the back, dolly down, disconnect, and pull out a bit. They will hook to your ICC bumper on your trailer, so make sure you get a green light. My appointment was at 0500. I checked in at 0445. In dock at 0515, and empty at 0630.
